Wheat Belly, Steve Gibson, and Low-Carb Diet

Over the past week or so I’ve been experimenting with a new diet, one that attempts to cut out wheat and carbohydrates in general. So far I’m satisfied with the results, the biggest change for me is the reduction in cravings and lower appetite. I’m still reading and learning more about this topic, which goes against my previous personal view on diet, “everything in moderation”.

The embedded video below caught my eye and really sparked my interest in the topic.

I’ve since read Wheat Belly by William Davis MD, which really convinced me there is at least something here worth trying and learning more about.

Good Luck! I heard the same podcast and it resparked my interest in a Low Carb diet. I have read Gary Taubes’ book, “Good Calories, Bad Calories”.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit
more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all.
Nevertheless think of if you added some great
images or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but
with pics and clips, this site could undeniably be one of the best in its field.

    Great blog!
